Social that Breaks the Fourth Wall

Building on the success of a 2017 campaign, these were produced specifically to be a 'thumb-stopper' and 'break the fourth wall' on Instagram and Facebook. To help launch the 2020 WWF report on wildlife decline in Canada, OTC! devised a series of unique :20 sec animations. They are designed fit seamlessly into the flow of a social media feed, posing as two different videos. As animals start to tumble from one video frame down into the other, it becomes impossible to ignore their plight.
WWF’s feed is mostly photographic, so stark silhouette graphics maximize viewer impact and match the gravitas of the report statistics.
